THE MATCHUP: Mount Holyoke puts the finishing touches on its regular season versus perennial power Trinity College Saturday afternoon (2:00 p.m.) at the squash courts. This will be just the third all-time meeting between the two programs. The Bantams have come out on top 9-0 in each of the previous two seasons and are currently ranked fifth in the CSA National Rankings. The Lyons will enter the contest ranked 14th nationally.

MHC Logo THE LYONS: Mount Holyoke (16-8) has prevailed in six of its last eight contests to solidify its position as the 14th-ranked team in the nation. Two weeks ago, the Lyons cruised to their sixth straight Seven Sisters Championship with 9-0 victories over Vassar College, Smith College and Wellesley College. Sophomore Randima Ranaweera, senior Shara Robertson and sophomore Katrina Intal were each placed on the All-Tournament Team. Ranaweera has been an anchor at the top of Mount Holyoke's lineup, posting an overall record of 16-5. The Lyons have also received outstanding production from junior Kathryn Brummer, who has sprinted to an 18-5 mark. Robertson and Intal have posted 15 wins apiece. Meanwhile, newcomer Dachelle Parker has gone 13-2.

Opponent Logo THE BANTAMS: Trinity (14-3) saw its five-match winning streak come to an end with an 8-1 setback at third-ranked Princeton University on Saturday. One week earlier, the Bantams rolled to their sixth straight NESCAC Championship with consecutive wins over Wesleyan University, Middlebury College and Bates College. From top to bottom, their lineup typically includes Catalina Paleaz, Wee Nee Low, Alicia Rodrigues, Ashley Tidman, Natalie Babjukova, Jennifer Pelletier, Robyn Hodgson, Andrea Echeverria and Pamela Larromana.  

NEXT UP: Both squads are slated to take part in the Women's College Squash Association Team National Championships next weekend at Harvard University. The tournament is scheduled to begin on Friday and conclude on Sunday.
