BBQs, grills, and open fires are prohibited as are alcoholic beverages. Please carry in/carry out all garbage. Mount Holyoke College is a smoke free campus, this includes vaping and e-cigarettes. Those who do not comply with this policy will be asked to vacate the premises.

Pet Policy
Pets are more than welcome to attend outdoor athletic competitions, with the exception of the Equestrian Center. Please review the Equestrian Center website for specific information. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pets are not permitted on the competition surfaces at any time. Please do not walk your dog across any competition surface, including, the soccer field, rugby field, lacrosse and field hockey field, track, and sand pits, including those not specifically listed here. Only service animals are allowed in the bleachers, all others must remain on the sidelines. It is the responsibility of all owners to control their animals. Event staff may request you to leash your dog or remove them from the premises for failure to comply with the policy. The Mount Holyoke College campus pet policy is located here

ATHLETIC TRAINING

Visiting Teams
The athletic training room in Kendall will open 1.5-2 hours prior to all athletic events. A certified athletic trainer will be at the competition site 30 minutes prior to game start. Certified athletic trainers will be on site for all home events with the exception of equestrian.

Game Supplies
Mount Holyoke will provide water, cups, ice, crutches, splints and an AED for all home contests.

Teams Traveling without an ATC
If your team will not be traveling with a certified athletic trainer, the ATCs at Mount Holyoke will be happy to provide heat, ice or taping before and after the contest. We ask that the visiting team contact athletictrainer@mtholyoke.edu with any special requests. All teams must arrive with a medical kit stocked with the supplies they will need.
