SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (Feb. 1, 2012) – The Mount Holyoke College squash team celebrated senior day with a 9-0 triumph over Connecticut College this evening. With the win, the Lyons improved to 12-6 on the year. They have now come out on top in five of their last six outings to solidify their position as the 13th-ranked team in the CSA National Rankings. Connecticut College fell to 5-15 with the loss.
From top to bottom, Mount Holyoke's lineup featured senior Shara Robertson, sophomore Katrina Intal, first year Kristina Myren, junior Kathryn Brummer, senior Marie Ozanne, senior Paulina Rojek, first year Dachelle Parker, sophomore Elyse Taylor and senior Sarah Moore. All nine players prevailed in four games or less for the Lyons, who topped the Camels for the fourth time in a row.

Prior to the contest, Robertson, Ozanne, Rojek and Moore were honored for their contributions to the program over the past four seasons.
Mount Holyoke (12-6) is slated to participate in the Seven Sisters Championship on Saturday at Vassar College. The Lyons have captured top honors at the tournament in each of the past five seasons.
