MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (Dec. 4, 2010) – The Mount Holyoke College squash team ran its win streak to four with two more victories today at the Wesleyan University Round Robin. After blanking Wellesley College, the Lyons rolled past William Smith College to improve to 4-2 on the year.

Mount Holyoke opened its weekend with its sixth straight triumph over Wellesley. From top to bottom, the Lyons' lineup featured first year Randima Ranaweera, junior Shara Robertson, first year Shaheen Madraswala, sophomore Tempest Bowden, first year Katrina Intal, sophomore Kathryn Brummer, junior Paulina Rojek, sophomore My-Linh Nguyen and junior Marie Ozanne. All nine players won in straight sets.

In its second match of the day, Mount Holyoke quickly turned away Williams Smith for the fifth time in a row. The lineup remained the same aside from the number nine slot, where first year Elyse Taylor replaced Ozanne.

The Lyons (4-2) will play in two more matches at Wesleyan tomorrow. After facing off against Connecticut College at 11:00 a.m., they will meet up with the host Cardinals at 2:00 p.m.
