NEW ORLEANS -- Mount Holyoke junior Elle Rimando and sophomore Ioanna Tsoni both received All-Region honors for the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field season, as the awards were announced on Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following the conclusion of the regular season.

Rimando (Mililani, Hawaii) received All-Mideast Region honors in the triple jump, and Tsoni (Athens, Greece) in the long jump.

Top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team. Data is compiled based on the USTFCCCA's Regional Track & Field Rating Index.

Both Rimando and Tsoni qualified for this weekend's NCAA Championships in the same events they won the honors for. Tsoni did not make the trip to nationals, but Rimando is competing in the triple jump on Saturday at 1:45pm.

It is the fourth career All-Mideast Region honor for Tsoni, and the second for Rimando. Tsoni also won All-Mideast Indoor Track & Field in the long jump in March. In March 2024, Tsoni also won indoor all-region honors in the 60 hurdles and long jump, and Rimando captured All-Mideast recognition in the indoor triple jump.
