Under the direction of fourth year head coach Kanae Haneishi, the Mount Holyoke soccer team posted an overall record of 1-14-1 in 2010.

Jacquelyn Archibald The Lyons were paced by senior Jacquelyn Archibald, who was selected to the NEWMAC All-Conference Second Team after recording two goals and two assists. The forward found the back of the net in her team's 2-1 triumph over the Coast Guard Academy and also scored a goal against Connecticut College. Her assists came in contests against Elms College and Clark University.

Archibald was joined up front by junior Margaret Hanmer, who tallied a pair of goals after transferring from Union College. Her first goal in a Mount Holyoke uniform came in a 1-1 tie with longtime rival Smith College. The forward then scored what proved to be the winner in the Lyons' victory over Coast Guard.

Junior midfielder Mary Cooke recorded one goal and one assist, while senior forward Jacinta Edebeli added one marker. Sophomore midfielder Veronica Farmer chipped in with a pair of helpers.

Goalkeeper Elaine Harvey was selected to represent Mount Holyoke at the 2010 NEWISA Senior Bowl after posting a goals against average of 3.62 in 1,316 minutes played. She started 15 matches between the pipes for the Lyons, collecting 152 saves. The senior turned away 10 shots or more on nine occasions. Her 18 stops at Springfield College were a season high.
