THE MATCHUP: Mount Holyoke hosts Elms College and Connecticut College for a tri-match today at the Mildred S. Howard Gymnasium. After facing off against Elms at 11:00 a.m., the Lyons will meet up with Connecticut College at 3:00 p.m. The remaining match will feature the Blazers and the Camels at 1:00 p.m. Mount Holyoke owns a 13-1 record against Elms and has gone 15-7 all-time against the Camels. This weekend's match marks the first against Connecticut College since the 2005 season. The Lyons defeated Elms, 3-0 during the 2011 campaign. 
THE BLAZERS: Elms (0-10, 0-0 NECC) suffered a 3-0 loss to Framingham State on Thursday evening. Blazers' outside hitters Christina Martin and Alexandra Mack downed four kills each in the loss.
THE CAMELS: Connecticut College (7-1; 2-1 NESCAC) is coming off a 3-0 victory over NESCAC-rival Wesleyan. The Camels secured the match with set scores of 30-28, 25-14, 25-21.
THE LYONS: Mount Holyoke (1-4, 0-3 NEWMAC) shouldered a 3-0 loss at NEWMAC-rival WPI on Tuesday. The Engineers took the match with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-23. Emma Sweeting led the Lyons with 12 kills, while Martina Kneifel tallied 11 kills and eight digs. Stephany Yang had 23 assists, while Kaleen Iwema and Gaby Harrigan had 17 and 11 digs respectively.
NEXT UP: All three squads return to the court on Tuesday as Mount Holyoke travels to Babson for a 7pm match. Elms welcomes Pine Manor at 6pm, while Connecticut College hosts Eastern Connecticut at 7pm.
