SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Action at the 2014 New England Division III Championships has concluded and the Mount Holyoke College track & field team had a number of outstanding efforts on its way to a 20th-place finish among 33 competing teams. Pacing the way was sophomore captain Camille Coklow, who won the title in the 100-meter dash.

Rounding out the action was junior Amber Legare, who eclipsed her own school record in the Heptathlon. She finished fifth overall in the event today, recording 3,828 points. That mark pushed her past her previous record of 3,594, which she set two weeks ago at the Aloha Relays.

In today's action, Legare posted several highlights, including personal-best marks in the shot put (10.62) and the 800-meter run (2:48.83).
