THE MATCHUP: Mount Holyoke resumes its home slate versus Wheaton College Saturday afternoon (1:00 p.m.) at the Turf Field. In 30 previous meetings between the longtime rivals, Wheaton owns a 20-9 advantage. They have finished in a deadlock once. Last fall, Wheaton held on for a 3-2 victory in the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) opener for both sides. After falling behind 3-0, Mount Holyoke made things interesting with a pair of late tallies before time ran out on its comeback bid. Match Program
THE MOUNT HOLYOKE LYONS: Mount Holyoke (4-3, 1-1 NEWMAC) exploded out of the gate, winning four of its first five matches.
