THE MATCHUP: Mount Holyoke hosts Wellesley College for a NEWMAC showdown Saturday afternoon (1:00 p.m.) at the Turf Field. MHC Logo THE LYONS: Mount Holyoke (4-1, 1-0 NEWMAC) has exploded out of the gate, winning four of its first five matches. The Lyons have outscored their opponents 29-4 over the first two weeks of the season. They topped Western New England University 5-0 in their most recent outing on Tuesday. Forward Shara Robertson recorded her 50th career goal in the contest. She leads Mount Holyoke with 19 points on eight goals and three assists this fall. Robertson has received help up front from Jess Fajardo, who has found the back of the cage six times. Newcomer Kirsten Kilburn has chipped in with four goals and four assists. A total of ten Lyons have posted points. Goalkeeper Katie Gibson has recorded a goals against average of 0.80 and a save percentage of .871.

Opponent Logo THE BLUE: Wellesley (4-3, 0-1 NEWMAC) has dropped three straight contests after opening the season with a 4-0 record. The Blue have been paced by forward Emily Lewis, who has found the back of the cage eight times. Fellow frontliner Lallie Lukens has posted three goals and two assists, while midfielder Nathalie Gruet has chipped in with three goals and a pair of helpers. Midfielders Whitney Reid and Allison Robbins have dished out three assists each. On the defensive end, Brit Mscisz has been Wellesley's featured goalkeeper. She has recorded a goals against average of 1.20 and a save percentage of .818 in 350 minutes played. 

NEXT UP: Mount Holyoke will round out its four-match homestand versus Amherst College on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Meanwhile, Wellesley will entertain Tufts University on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
