NEWPORT, R.I. -- The Mount Holyoke College tennis team reached the 10-victory plateau for the first time since 2018 on Saturday, winning 8-1 at Salve Regina University in the teams' first matchup as NEWMAC rivals.
Mount Holyoke (10-6, 4-3 NEWMAC) swept the three doubles matches and won five out of six singles matches in straight sets for the convincing victory, dropping the Seahawks to 2-12 overall, 0-6 in conference play.
The Lyons will play at MIT Tuesday at 3:30pm in their final road match of the regular season.
