LONGMEADOW, Mass. - Sophomore Hannah Yee scored four straight goals and assisted on a fifth to lead the Mount Holyoke College women's soccer team to a 9-0 non-conference victory at Bay Path College. With the victory, which saw seven players record a point, the Lyons improve to 2-5-1 overall. The Wildcats slip to 2-5-1 on the season.

Yee got things going in a flurry for Mount Holyoke, scoring the first of her four goals at the 16:00 mark. She added to it minutes later off an assist from senior Mallory Phaneuf to make it a 2-0 advantage for the Lyons.Hannah Yee

Following back-to-back goals by Yee once again to make it 4-0, sophomore Kara Singleton put one into the back of the net to give the Lyons a strong lead heading into halftime. Junior Katie Dupuis was credited with the assist on Singleton's tally.

In the second half, the visiting Lyons continued to find the back of the net as first year Patricia Walchessen notched her first collegiate goal off a helper by Yee at 53:00. Less than a minute later, Phaneuf pushed it to a 7-0 lead for MHC with an unassisted marker.

Junior Meredith Phelps and first year Ally Madden then recorded back-to-back goals, including the first of Madden's career, to cap the game's scoring. Singleton earned the primary assist on Phelps's goal.

In goal, sophomore Mackenzie Randall was not forced to make a save in 90:00 minutes of action. Her counterpart, Marina Rhodes made seven stops on the afternoon.

Mount Holyoke returns to the pitch on Saturday when it travels to Wheaton for a 1pm contest. Bay Path is also in action on Saturday, hosting Regis at 2pm.
