  • 2012-13 Track & Field Year in Review

    Guided by 28th-year head coach Tina Lee, the Mount Holyoke track & field team took part in 16 different meets during the 2012-13 season. Leading the way for the Lyons was first year sprinter Camille Coklow, who was a two-time All-New England selection and the program's first-ever two-time NCAA participant during her rookie campaign.
  • Coklow Concludes Outdoor Season at NCAA Championships

    First year Camille Coklow's rookie season came to an end on Saturday at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Despite an outstanding effort, which saw her advance to the event finals of the 100-meter dash, Coklow suffered a devastating groin pull following the preliminaries which forced her to scratch from the event finals.
  • Coklow Advances to 100m Finals at Nationals

    First year sprinter Camille Coklow kept her National All-America hopes alive on Friday night, advancing to Saturday's event finals in the 100-meter dash at the 2013 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships. She will now compete on Saturday at 4pm for the chance at earning National All-America status.
  • Coklow Heads Back to NCAA Championships

    The NCAA has announced the participant field for the 2013 NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships and Mount Holyoke College student-athlete Camille Coklow is among those that qualified in the 100-meter dash. The championships will be held this Thursday and Saturday at Roger Harring Stadium in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
  • Coklow Finishes 2nd at ECAC's; Bests Own Record Set on Thursday

    First year sprinter Camille Coklow concluded action at the 2013 ECAC Outdoor Championships on Friday at Springfield College, finishing second overall in the 100-meter dash finals. Additionally, she once again eclipsed her own mark in the event, which she had further reset on Thursday. Overall, Coklow's performance saw the Lyons finish 32nd overall of 57 competing teams.
  • Coklow Continues to Impress in 100m-Dash; Eclipses own school record

    First year sprinter Camille Coklow open action at the 2013 ECAC Outdoor Championships in fine fashion on Thursday, re-setting her own school record in the 100-meter dash preliminaries. This year's meet is being held at Springfield College.

    The top collegiate track and field athletes from all divisions across New England made their way to Stonehill College's W.B. Mason Stadium to compete in the 2013 New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association Outdoor Track & Field Championships. First year Camille Coklow was in action for Mount Holyoke College in the 100-meter dash.
  • Track & Field Wraps-Up Action at New England DIII Championships

    First year Camille Coklow won the 100-meter dash to lead the Mount Holyoke College track & field team at the 2013 New England Division III Championships, hosted by Colby College. As a team, the Lyons finished 21st overall. NEWMAC-rival MIT won this year's title.

    The Mount Holyoke College track & field team saw a number of strong performances on Saturday as the Lyons finished eighth overall at the 2013 NEWMAC Championships, hosted by Springfield. Leading the way was first year Camille Coklow, who had a record setting day in the 100-meter dash.
  • Track & Field Concludes Action at Aloha Relays

    Action at the 2013 Aloha Relays concluded on Saturday and the Mount Holyoke College track & field team had an outstanding effort on the day. The meet, which was hosted by Bowdoin, featured seven teams and saw the Lyons place fifth overall. Leading the way was a pair of first-place finishes from first year Camille Coklow.
  • Track & Field Opens Action at Aloha Relays

    The Mount Holyoke College track & field team opened action at the 2013 Aloha Relays on Friday at Bowdoin College. Sophomore Amber Legare kicked off the action for the Lyons, competing in the Heptathlon. She is currently third overall in the event, which features five individual competitors. Action continues with a full slate of events on Saturday, including the conclusion of the Heptathlon.
  • Track & Field Competes at Minuteman Invitational

    Led by several top 10 performances, the Mount Holyoke College track & field team finished 18th overall at the multi-divisional 2013 Minuteman Invitational, hosted by UMass-Amherst. The Lyons had three players record finishes in the top-10, including first year Camille Coklow, who had two of them.
  • Track & Field Finishes 9th at Yellow Jackets Invitational

    The Mount Holyoke College track & field team saw a number of strong performances as it finished ninth overall in a field of 16 teams. The Lyons also had several victories as both first year Camille Coklow and sophomore captain Dana Fry each won their respective events.
  • Track & Field Opens Spring Schedule In Spring Fling Invitational

    Led by a number of strong performances, the Mount Holyoke College track & field team kicked-off its outdoor season in fine fashion as it hosted the non-team scoring 2013 MHC Spring Fling Invitational. The Lyons saw several strong finishes, including sophomore Dana Fry, who won the 5,000-meter race by a commanding margin.
  • Track & Field's Spring Season Opener Cancelled
    March 21, 2013
    Due to adverse track & field conditions, Mount Holyoke College's spring opener at the Jerry Gravel Classic at Westfield State has been cancelled for Saturday. The Lyons track & field team had been set to compete at the meet beginning at 11am. MHC will now open its spring campaign on Saturday, March 30 when it hosts the 2013 MHC Spring Fling. Action at that meet is set to begin around 11am.
  • Coklow Concludes Indoor Season at NCAA Championships

    Mount Holyoke first year sprinter Camille Coklow saw her indoor season come to an end on Friday evening in a valiant run during the preliminaries at the 2013 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships. Coklow, who will continue her rookie season during the outdoor campaign, finished 13th overall in the preliminaries.

    Day one of the ECAC Indoor Championships at the NYC Armory has concluded and through the first day of action, the Mount Holyoke College track & field team has seen some solid performances. The Lyons saw first year Camille Coklow reset her own school record in the 60-meter dash, while the 4x200 relay also competed.

    Led by several strong performances, the Mount Holyoke College indoor track & field team finished 20th of 26 teams at the New England Division III Championships, hosted by the University of Southern Maine on Saturday. The Lyons were paced by an All-New England performance from first year Camille Coklow and a school record effort by the 4x800 meter relay team.

    The Mount Holyoke College track & field team had a busy day as the squad split to compete in two different meets on Saturday afternoon. A small group headed to the Springfield College Indoor Meet, while the other portion of the squad competed at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic. The Lyons saw a number of outstanding performances in both locations, including a win by senior Connie Ward in the shot put at Springfield.
  • Track & Field Competes at Springfield Invitational

    Powered by a number of strong performances, the Mount Holyoke College indoor track & field team finished 10th overall at the 2013 Springfield College Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The Lyons were led by a school record performance from first year Camille Coklow, who eclipsed her own mark and personal best in the 60-meter dash and also claimed victory in the long jump.
  • Track & Field Finishes 5th at Smith Beynon Invitational

    The Mount Holyoke College track & field team returned to action on Saturday, finishing fifth of nine teams at the Beynon Invitational, hosted by Smith College. The Lyons were led by a number of solid performances, including senior Maddie Ballon, who finished second in the pole vault.
  • Indoor Track & Field Opens 2012-13 Season at Smith Winter Classic

    Paced by a school record performance from first year Camille Coklow, the Mount Holyoke College indoor track and field team kicked off its 2012-13 slate at the non-scoring Smith College Winter Classic on Saturday. Coklow posted a new record mark of 8.06 to qualify for both the New England DIII and the ECAC Championships.
