Led by sixth-year head coach Erin Robson, the Mount Holyoke College squash team had another strong season. MHS, which went 8-14, captured its second straight – 10th overall – Seven Sisters Title, while also advancing to the 3/4 playoff game at the CSA National Championships.

The Lyons opened up the season on fire with a #27 national ranking and three consecutive wins, which had not been done since 2009. Mount Holyoke's first victory came in 9-0 fashion against Boston University on November 4th, winning each match by a 3-0 margin, including senior captain Brandy Williamson, who only gave up three points. The same day, the Lyons took down #28 Vassar College, 8-1, followed by another 9-0 victory the next week against Smith College. MHC closed the opening month with a loss to #20 Tufts, but bounced back to defeat #33 Northeastern University, 8-1 to end the fall semester in early December.

Mount Holyoke hit a rough patch in January, but rebounded to open February with victories over Wellesley and Vassar at the Seven Sisters Championship. Williamson and fellow senior captain Emily Chang, along with junior Lessly Portillo all represented the Lyons on the All-Tournament team.

MHC, which shouldered a pair of losses following the Championship, got back on track with a 9-0 win over Colgate University to gain momentum heading into the CSA Team Championships the following week.

The Lyons defeated Vassar for the third time this season, before ultimately falling to #25 Bowdoin College, 7-2 in the Epps Cup (D) division semifinals. The Lyons competed the following day in the division consolation finals, falling in a 5-4 nail-biter to #27 Connecticut College to end the season.

Overall, junior Ragini Ghose had the best record of the season with a 14-8 overall mark. Ghose was 10-8 from #3 and a perfect 4-0 at #4. Williamson was at the top of the ladder in each of the matches she played in with an 8-13 record, while Chang was 8-12 overall, playing best at #4 with a 3-1 mark.
