Favorite MHC Tradition: Convocation: I love having such a large, celebratory start to the school year

Why Mount Holyoke?: Being at a small, liberal arts school was important to me. I love that I have been in small enough classes to really get a chance to develop relationships with professors. Additionally, I love being at a school where athletics are accessible to many students and not just the incredibly talented (though we do still have some fantastic athletes!). I never thought I would get the chance to be a college athlete, but the rowing team here allowed me that opportunity.
