SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (Oct. 26, 2011) - The Mount Holyoke tennis team will be hosting youth tennis clinics during the first two weeks of November. During the clinics, boys and girls ages 8-12 will learn the basics of the forehand, the backhand and the serve. The participants will be grouped by age, ability and experience. In addition to participating in drills and games, they will take part in dynamic warm-up and eye-hand coordination exercises. Proceeds from the clinics will help defray the cost of the Lyons' annual Spring Training Trip.

Who: Boys and Girls ages 8-12 (grouped by age, ability and experience)
Session A: Tuesdays/Thursdays (November 1, 3, 8, 10)
Session B: Wednesdays/Fridays (November 2, 4, 9, 11)
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Cost: $30.00 (cost is per participant and covers one, two, three or four dates within Session A or Session B)
