Delaney is a first year graduate student at Springfield College, where she is working towards her Masters of Strength and Conditioning. She graduated from Auburn University in 2024 with her bachelors in Fitness, Conditioning, and Performance. While at Auburn she was a personal trainer working with students, faculty, and students with disabilities. She also interned with Auburn Sports Performance, where she worked with swim, equestrian, soccer, and softball. She then interned at Exos in Arizona, where she worked with MLB, NFL, and NFL-combine prep athletes. Delaney has goals of working for an NFL team after she graduates from Springfield College.
Delaney has earned several certifications including the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACSM Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, and CPR and First Aid.
