Lisl (Elizabeth) Donaldson has been teaching at the Mount Holyoke Equestrian Center since 1984. She is a Master level instructor with the North American Riding for the Handicapped and has been active in both Pony Club and 4-H.
Over the course of her career, Donaldson has competed in Open Preliminary Three-day Eventing as well as First Level Dressage. She has worked with influential instructors such as Janet Read, Betsey Reeves, Denny Emerson, Sue Blinks and C.J. Law. As an undergraduate, she competed on the equestrian team at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
The mother of two daughters, Donaldson owns and operates Wooden Horse Farm in Palmer, Mass. Her farm hosts year round riding lessons and a therapeutic program along with summer camps.
