Minerva Veeser-Bobea (Arlington, Mass.) of the soccer team has been selected as the Mount Holyoke College Athletics "Lyon of the Week" after her impressive play over the past two games for the Lyons.
Vesser-Bobea, a senior Psychology and Education double major at Mount Holyoke College, scored four goals for Mount Holyoke College in a pair of games, which included three goals in a 3-0 win over Mitchell, followed by a goal in a 4-2 loss at Wellesley this past weekend. Veeser-Bobea's hat trick versus Mitchell was the first three-goal performance for a Mount Holyoke College soccer student-athlete dating back to the 2016 season when McKenna Lamb and Hannah Finn-Erb each had three goals in a 7-0 win over Southern Vermont.
