WORCESTER, Mass. -- Twelve members of the Mount Holyoke College rowing team were among the 359 student-athletes given National Invitational Rowing Championship All-Academic awards on June 28 by the Intercollegiate Rowing Association, for their excellence in the classroom.
Criteria for the award are that student-athletes must have completed one full year at their institution (first-years and first-year transfers are not eligible), maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.35, and be recognized as a varsity letter winner.
The 12 Lyons earning NIRC All-Academic honors were as follows:
