Dupuis joined the Mount Holyoke soccer staff in 2017, serving as a volunteer assistant to head coach Kanae Haneishi - whom she played for during her soccer career at Mount Holyoke.

A four-year member and defender on the Lyons soccer team, Dupuis was a two-year captain for MHC, recording two assists during her career. She appeared in 67 career contests, including 60 as a starter. In addition to being named to the NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Team, she was also the squad's Rookie of the Year recipient in 2010.

Dupuis graduated from Mount Holyoke in 2014 with a degree in English.
