Title: Assistant Track & Field Coach

Cailee Dean joined the Mount Holyoke Lyons as an assistant track & field coach in October 2018, specializing in horizontal jumps.

Dean graduated cum laude from The College of the Holy Cross in the spring of 2015 with a degree in Biology and a premedical concentration. While at Holy Cross, Dean competed in three seasons of indoor track and field and two seasons of outdoor track and field while battling back from injury.

As a student-athlete, Dean was recognized for both her academic and athletic achievements. She was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for eight consecutive seasons. Dean competed in the Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Championships in 2012 and 2015 and the Patriot League Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 2012 and 2015. Prior to Holy Cross, Dean was a competitive GS and slalom downhill skier and figure skater.

Dean is currently a Consultant Biologist for Next Advance, Inc. and has been awarded US Patent WO2017176555A1. She is also interviewing at medical schools across the country.
