• Pre-Game Rituals - Warm ups, releasing fears and just thinking of the race as a simple number of seconds, and listening to great pump up music. 
• Best Advice From a Coach - Think of the time you ran the 4x100 relay and had someone chasing you, and then you having to catch the girl in front you; run like that!
