THE MATCHUP: Mount Holyoke faces Connecticut College for the 34th time in program history. The series dates back to 1977, which saw the Camels defeat MHC, 4-3. Connecticut College currently leads the series 21-12.

THE LYONS: Mount Holyoke (10-5; 5-3 NEWMAC) comes into the match with wins in five of its last eight contests, including a NEWMAC semifinals appearance in October. The most recent wins came against the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez and the University of Puerto Rico Bayamon. The Lyons dominated as a team, seeing five players go undefeated in singles, and earning a 6-0 sweep in doubles over the two matches. On the season, senior captain Amy Chen leads the the team with a 12-1 record, and is on a six-match win streak.

THE CAMELS: Connecticut College (4-2; 0-0 NESCAC) enters the match winning four of its last six matches, its most recent coming in 6-3 fashion over Allgheny.  In singles, the Camels were led by sophomore Emily Migliorini and senior Susanna Studwell, who each secured 6-0, 6-0 victories.

UP NEXT: MHC returns home next Saturday to compete for the Seven Sisters Championship against Bryn Mawr College, Wellesley College, Smith College, and Vassar College. Action begins at 9:30am as the Lyons take on the Owls of Bryn Mawr
