Favorite MHC Tradition: Mountain Day

Why Mount Holyoke?: I chose Mount Holyoke because of the rigorous academic setting and the opportunities that it has given me thus far. The academic setting has allowed me to not only explore my major in the classroom but outside in the working environment. Additionally, Mount Holyoke has given me two opportunities to study abroad in two different countries (China and Northern Ireland) since my time here. Lastly the Mount Holyoke Athletic community has allowed me to develop lifelong friendships with people and provided me with a sense of structure and discipline that I will be forever thankful for.
