THE MATCHUP: Mount Holyoke closes out its two-game home stand against the Cougars of Clark University on Thursday. The teams will face off for the 46th time, with the Cougars currently holding a 30-15 series advantage. The Lyons most recent win came in 2014-15, which culminated a three-game winning steak for MHC.

THE LYONS: Mount Holyoke (0-12; 0-6 NEWMAC) is looking to bounce back after a loss at home to Emerson on Tuesday. Leading the Lyons in the game was first year forward GraceAnne Woods, who registered her first career double-digit effort with 12 points. Junior guard Leah Hodges played well, posting eight points and eight rebounds, while first year guard Raquel Fitzpatrick had six points and five boards. Hodges currently leads the team with 7.7 points per contest.

THE COUGARS: Clark (3-3; 5-8 NEWMAC) visits MHC in the middle of a three-game road stretch after losing to WPI, 71-35, on Tuesday.  In the loss, senior forward Haley Wilder was the only Cougar to reach double-figures with 14 points to go along with four rebounds. Junior forward Rachael Chen had a strong defensive game, recording four blocks. Overall, junior forward Ogechi Ezemma and first year guard Idalis Miranda each lead the team with 12.6 points per game.

NEXT UP: Both teams hit the road on Saturday as Mount Holyoke travels to Wheaton College and Clark visits Babson College. Both games are set to tip off a 1:00pm.
