Chance Baker joined Mount Holyoke's Athletic Training staff in September 2023, most recently from American International College and prior to that at Morningside University.

Baker received a Master of Athletic Training degree from the University of Illinois in 2021, and prior to that a bachelors degree in exercise science from the University of Southern Illinois Edwardsville.

Baker is BOC certified and CPR/AED/First Aid certified.
