South Hadley, Mass. - August 22, 2022 - After a record-breaking season in 2021, the Mount Holyoke College cross country team looks to continue their success for the upcoming 2022 season. The Lyons will open competition on Friday, September 2 at the Wellesley Invitational hosted at the Nehoiden Golf Course in Wellesley, Mass. The season will continue with a selection of competitive meets until the championship season commences with the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Championship on October 29 hosted at Highland Park in Attleboro, Mass. The Lyons will progress onto the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Championship on November 12 hosted by St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y. in hopes to qualify for the NCAA Division III Championship on November 19 at Forest Akers in Lansing, Mich.
