2021-22: Posted a season-best 6k performance at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regionals (11/13) with a time of 24:20.1 ... Placed seventh overall in the 400m with a time of 1:05.21 at the Smith Winter Classic (12/4) ... Earned NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Honors for fall.

2020-21: Member of the Mount Holyoke All Lyons team ... Earned NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Honors for fall and spring ... 

2019-20: Started the season with a time of 12:22.8 on a 3.2k course at Keene State (8/31) ... recorded a season-best 5k time of 19:40.7 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (9/21) ... helped the Lyons to a second-place finish at the NEWMAC Championships with a time of 25:03.2 on a 6k course, leading MHC to its highest program finish since 1992.

2018-19: Earned a career-best 5k finish at the 23rd Annual James Earley Invitational with a time of 19:37.9 (10/6) ... Posted a 29th-place finish at the NEWMAC Championships with a time of 20:37.8 on the 5k course.

Before Mount Holyoke: Four-year member of the cross country team ... Two-time All-Conference ... Competed on the indoor and outdoor track & field teams all four years ...

Favorite MHC Tradition: Mountain Day!

Why Mount Holyoke?: MHC seemed like the perfect place to balance academics and athletics. Also, the team was so great when I met them and I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of!
