CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Mount Holyoke College track & field team was in action for the final time of the 2018-19 season on Thursday, competing at the 2019 MIT Last Chance Qualifier. The Lyons saw three student-athletes in action in two events, paced by a first-place finish and a near-school record effort in the non-team scoring meet.

Sophomore Hannah Rieders (Wellesley, Mass./Wellesley) paced the effort, finishing first with a time of 18:15.82 in the 5000-meter run. Her sister, Madeline Rieders (Wellesley, Mass./Wellesley) was on her heels, earning second with a mark of 18:24.04. Also in action was senior captain Corrin Moss (Columbus, Ohio/Columbus Alternative HS), who powered her way to eighth in the 800-meter run. Her time of 2:18.92 was less than a second off the school record (2:17.95) and marked an outstanding end to her collegiate career.
