SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. -- The Mount Holyoke College soccer team landed the maximum total of six players on the 2025 CSC Academic All-District Division III Women's Soccer Team, announced Tuesday by the College Sports Communicators.
Senior captain Clarissa Govea (Pico Rivera, Callif.), junior Sage Hudson (Washington, D.C.), senior captain Anna Kennedy (Glendale, Wis.), junior Selma Keochakian (Amherst, Mass.), junior Evie Krieg (Frisco, Texas), and senior Taryn White (Alexandria, Va.) were named to the squad.
The 2025 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The award is given to athletes who in addition to being impactful on their respective team, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50, and have achieved second year status at their academic institution.
Govea, a psychology major, had an outstanding senior campaign, starting 15 of Mount Holyoke's 16 games in goal and leading the NEWMAC in save percentage (.879) and saves per game (10.20). Govea had 13 saves in Mount Holyoke's 1-1 tie at No. 6 MIT, and 16 saves in a 0-0 draw at Wellesley.
Hudson, who carries a double major in neuroscience and behavior and critical race and political economy, played in 15 games and made 13 starts for the Lyons while recording one assist.
Kennedy, a politics major, started in all 16 games playing either midfield or defense, and totaled one goal and one assist. Kennedy made 63 starts in her career and totaled eight goals and five assists.
Keochakian, a psychology and education major, played in 15 games on the season and made eight starts, both on defense and at midfield.
Krieg, an international relations major, played in all 16 games, making three starts. An All-NEWMAC goalkeeper in 2024, Krieg played one game in goal in 2025 and 15 games at forward, and scored Mount Holyoke's goal in a 1-1 tie at No. 6 MIT.
White, a double-major in psychology and Spanish, started in all 16 games at midfield for Mount Holyoke, tallying one goal and leading the team in shots (23). Also a Mount Holyoke basketball player and MHC's Sophomore Athlete of the Year in 2023-24, White played in 61 games and made 41 starts in her career.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
