STUDENT-ATHLETE QUESTIONNAIRES
All Mount Holyoke student-athletes are required to fill out the online information questionnaire. The responses are used to generate online bios, as well as regular news releases to hometown papers and local media outlets. Additionally, the questionnaires help provide necessary background information, which will be used to help publicize you and your team.
This information will be used solely by the Athletic Communications Office to better serve you. It is understood that the information will remain confidential and will not be discussed with anyone without your permission. By clicking submit, you are providing the Office of Sports Information the permission to release the provided information.
