Track & Field Opens Action at ECAC Championships

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Several members of the Mount Holyoke College track & field team opened action at the 2015 ECAC Indoor Championships on Friday afternoon at the NYC Armory. The meet, which features some of the best competitors throughout the East coast, saw senior Dana Fry record a career-best time in her event.

Fry (Tempe, Ariz./Miss Porter's School) crossed the finish line in a time of 18:35.29 - good for 13th overall in the 5000-meter run.

Also in action on Friday was junior Camille Coklow (Chicago, Ill./The Latin School of Chicago), who sprinted her way to second overall in the 60-meter dash preliminaries. She posted a time of 7.76, which was her best time of the season.
