Westerville, Ohio - December 4, 2021 - Mount Holyoke College had seven student-athletes compete at the Holiday Tournament of Champions on Saturday, hosted at Otterbein University. Saturday's show was one of a series of competitions in the fall and spring that feature top equestrian teams from around the country.
South Hadley, Mass. - November 14, 2021 - On Saturday, the Mount Holyoke hunt seat team hosted the last regular show of the semester. The team finished the day with 43 points, to earn the High Point College title.
Southampton, Mass. - November 7, 2021 - On Saturday, the Mount Holyoke College riding team competed at the Grindstone Mountain Farm in Southampton, MA, hosted by Amherst College and Westfield State University. Mount Holyoke succeeded in securing the High Point College title, ending the day with 36 points. Thank you to everyone who came to support the team.
South Hadley, Mass. - October 30, 2021 - On Saturday, the Mount Holyoke Hunt Seat team hosted their first show of the season at the MHC Equestrian Center and the Lyons accumulated 47 points on the day en route to securing the High Point College Title in the nine-team field.
Williamstown, Mass. - October 16, 2021 - On Saturday, the Mount Holyoke Hunt Seat team had their second show of the regular season at Bonnie Lea Farm, home of the Williams College Equestrian Team, and finished the day with 39 points to win the High Point College award. Senior Sierra Dunn (xx) led the Lyons, earning the overall High Point Rider title. Dunn was also named High Point Intermediate Rider for the day.
Amherst, Mass. - October 3, 2021 - On Saturday, the Mount Holyoke riding team competed in the first show of the semester at Muddy Brook Farm in Amherst, Mass., hosted by the Smith College riding team. The Lyons finished the day strong with 36 points overall, tying with UMass for the High Point College title!
Blacksburg, Va. - September 25, 2021 - On Saturday, riders of the Mount Holyoke hunt seat team competed against top teams across the country at the Pre Season Classic, the first of the four Tournament of Champions (ToC) series, hosted by the Virginia Polytechnic Institute equestrian team in Blacksburg, Virginia. Mount Holyoke brought two teams of riders to compete at this show, team Lyons and team Paws.
