Spectators must abide by the following rules:

Spectators must remain on cart paths or in the rough, and approximately 15 yards from golfers at all times (including practice areas).
There may be no communication between players and spectators that could be deemed advice of any nature for the duration of the 18 holes or while a player is inside a designated “players and coaches area only.”
All institutional personnel, with the exception of the designated coach, are considered spectators.
Ringers on electronic devices must be turned off.
Spectators must refrain from smoking near the players.
Carts will not be provided for spectators.
All spectators are required to behave in a manner acceptable to the sport of golf.
