SCREENING TOOLS & INFORMATION (PDF)

The Mount Holyoke College Athletic Training Staff values physical and mental health wellness in its student athletes.  In addition to evaluating, managing and treating athletic injuries; the training team promotes physical and mental health resiliency through support, education and preventive care. The staff consists of licensed board certified athletic trainers who work collaboratively with orthopedic physicians and licensed mental health providers.

We recognize the difficulties inherent in the transition to college and the many challenges that may arise during your years at Mount Holyoke.  The Athletic Department welcomes you to take the following screening tools covering common mental health concerns experienced by college students.  The screening tools are provided so that you may find out, in a few minutes, whether or not a professional consultation may be helpful to you.  Regardless of the outcome to your screening, we welcome students to reach out for support to any of the following resources:

On-Campus Assistance

  • Counseling Service - during business hours, 8:30am - 5:00pm, walk in or call 413-538-2037.

After Hours - call 413-538-2037 and follow the prompts.

  • Drop-In Talkin’ Hours – Free and confidential support from Counseling Service Staff at Blanchard 216 (no appointment needed)  Wednesdays 6-8 PM &  Fridays from 2-4 PM. Peppy in Kendall Complex (Tuesday's 2-4 PM)
